1. About Simpler

Simpler Ekonomi Sverige AB, registration number 556975-4814, hereinafter referred to as “Simpler”, is an institution authorized by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority to operate in the intermediation of consumer credits (“loans”) as well as in the distribution of insurance, hereinafter referred to as the “Service”.

The licenses held by Simpler can be viewed in the official register of the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority at www.fi.se.

By using the service, you accept, for yourself and for any co-applicant, that these Terms of Use apply between you and Simpler.

2. About our service

Simpler provides a loan comparison service between several partner banks and lenders. When you submit a loan application, you can compare the conditions offered by different financial institutions.

You are never required to accept the loan or insurance offers received. The final decision to enter into a contract is entirely yours.

3. Compensation

The comparison service offered by Simpler is free for users. If you choose to enter into a loan agreement with one of the partner banks, Simpler may receive a commission from the relevant bank or lender.

4. Credit check and information collection

When using the service, a credit check may be carried out with UC AB (org.nr 556137-5113) or other credit information agencies.

Despite the participation of several banks, only one credit check is generally registered with UC.

By submitting an application, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you have permission to share the information regarding any co-applicant.

To submit a loan application, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have an annual income exceeding EUR 8000
  • Be registered and reside in Sweden

5. Liability

The calculations and recommendations provided by Simpler are based on the information you have supplied regarding your financial situation. Simpler cannot be held responsible for incorrect information provided by the user.

6. Debt responsibility

Consumers must ensure that their financial situation allows them to handle the costs associated with a loan before taking out credit.

7. Changes to the terms

Simpler reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any updates will be published on the official website.

8. Personal data

Information regarding the collection and processing of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
